3 YearsWhat is VRLA Battery?
The electrodes are mainly made of lead and its oxides, and the electrolyte is a battery of sulfuric acid solution. The basic feature of valve-regulated lead-acid batteries is that there is no need to add acid and water for maintenance during use. The battery is a sealed structure that will not leak acid or discharge acid mist. In the state of charge, the main component of the positive electrode is lead dioxide, and the main component of the negative electrode is lead; in the discharge state, the main components of the positive and negative electrodes are lead sulfate.
Classification of VRLA batteries:
Valve-regulated lead-acid batteries are divided into two types: AGM and GEL batteries.
AGM adopts Absorbed Glass Mat (Absorbed Glass Mat) as the diaphragm, and the electrolyte is adsorbed in the plate and the diaphragm. It is designed with poor electrolyte, and there is no flowing electrolyte in the battery. The battery can work vertically or horizontally;
Colloidal (GEL) SiO2 is used as a coagulant, and the electrolyte is adsorbed on the plate and the colloid, and generally works vertically.

7.UPS/EPS backup power system
FAQs:
1.What is self discharging?
Self-discharge means that the energy of the battery enters the external circuit without being discharged, resulting in a certain amount of energy loss.
2.What is DOD?
The DOD(depth of discharge) refers to the extent to which the battery is discharged before it stops discharging.
3.How to measure the capacity of battery?
Battery capacity is the charge that is output by current under specified discharge conditions, and its unit is usually expressed in ampere hours (A h).
Example: 16 pieces of 12V 200Ah batteries
1) If 16 pieces are connected in series, the voltage is 192V, the ampere hour is 200Ah, and the storage capacity is 38400wh
2) 8 series and 2 parallel, the voltage is 96V, the ampere hour is 400Ah, and the storage capacity is 38400wh.
4.What is discharge time rate of battery?
It is the discharge rate expressed by the discharge time, that is, the time it takes for a certain current to reach the specified end voltage. C10; C20
5.What is discharge C rate of battery?
It means that the value of the battery discharge current is a multiple of the rated value. For example, the discharge current is expressed as 0.1C20. For a 12AH (C 20 ) battery, it is discharged at a current of 12*0.1=1.2A. 3C 20 refers to a current of 36A Discharge, the subscript of C indicates the discharge time rate.
6.What certificates do you have for the battery?
IEC60896;IEC61427;EN60896;ISO9001;ISO14001;OHSAS 18001;MSDS;Certification for safe transport of chemical goods.
7.How many warranty years do you provide?
We'll offer 3year warranty for GEL battery, and 2years warranty for AGM battery, warranty extension is available.
