Trina Solar’s full range of N-type modules passed UL Solutions’ comprehensive and excellent bankability evaluation
On November 23, Trina Solar received the bankability assessment certificate issued by UL Solutions (U.S. safety testing laboratory), a global application safety science expert, at its headquarters in Changzhou. The "Trina Solar N-type Module Bankability Research Report" released by UL Solutions shows that with excellent reliability, low LCOE, highly automated production, outstanding financial performance, excellent innovation capabilities, and a high-level quality management system, Trina Solar’s full range of Supreme N-type modules have passed the bankability review, showing excellent bankability.
The UL Solutions report shows that Trina Solar is a pioneer in N-type technology in China and has been concentrating on i-TOPCon technology research since 2015. At the certification ceremony, UL Solutions fully recognized Trina Solar’s efforts and achievements in innovation. During this year's SNEC, Trina Solar released a new generation of i-TOCon advanced technology, with the highest efficiency of battery mass production reaching 25.8%. In August this year, the Supreme 700W series achieved mass production, becoming the first company in the photovoltaic industry to achieve a TOPCon mass-produced component power exceeding the 700W+ mark. It strives to promote N-type TOPCon technology to become the dominant technology and achieve large-scale industrial development.
